Intermec Writer IF4

Der IF4 ist ein serielles Schreib-/Lesegerät und wurde für den Einsatz an Förderbändern und anderen, voll automatisierten Umgebungen, die per RS232 Schnittstelle Daten und Befehle austauschen, konzipiert. Er bietet eine kostengünstige Lösung, RFID einzuführen, indem das Lesegerät einfach an einen programmierbaren Controller angebunden wird, welcher dann den weiteren Ablauf steuert. Darüberhinaus kann der IF4 externe Sensoren auswerten und Signalgeber kontrollieren. Bis zu vier Antennen können mit dem Reader verbunden werden.

Intermec Writer IF5

Custom Java VM (Linux) applications enable this smart RFID reader-/writer to filter information from tags, as well as monitor external sensors and control audible and visual indicators. The IF5 can run miscellaneous java applets and send only pertinent data to ERP and Data Warehouse systems. This eliminates the need and added cost of an additional industrial PC for data processing. The IF5 is built in a rugged, industrial-suited case and has 10/100BaseT ethernet port or a 802.11g WLan interface. For sites with infrastructure supporting Power over Ethernet (PoE), the internal controller can be configured to use PoE.

The Intellitag RFID antenna family offers a variety of gain, polarization and radiation pattern options. These antennas are specifically designed for vehicle mount applications where shock and vibration can far exceed the specifications of antennas designed for fixed applications. Its pulltruded fiberglass radome makes it one of the toughest antennas on the market.
